LMC Management Consultancy Limited (“LMC”)

LMC was founded in 2005 initially as a financial product marketing company which was eventually expanded to full-fledged insurance business consulting firm covering insurance operating license application and equity acquisition advisory service. Working with a team of veteran insurance professionals, the company had achieved remarkable achievements until the pandemic period between 2020 to 2023 during which a review on business strategy has been done to focus on talent development programs for the insurance industry professionals towards family office practice and family business succession skillsets in response to the HKSAR Government’s initiatives in promoting Hong Kong as a Family Office (“FO”) business hub. 

LMC appreciates that there are already quite a number of different levels of training programs being planned or offered in Hong Kong and mostly at tertiary education level. Being a long-time industry professional in insurance, Mr. Anthony Yuen, the founder of the company, decided to design and launch a number of more user-friendly and pragmatic programs in the forms of workshops, executive short course and seminars with a view to fill the “knowledge gaps” between the insurance professionals and the FO industry practice. Most, if not all, of these programs will be designed to be completed on a part-time basis with Continuous Professional Development (“CPD”) recognition. Upon successful completion (plus fulfilling of certain requirements) some of the planned courses, graduates are recognized by international institutions for professional membership entitlement.

Together with a number of industry experts as LMC’s honorary advisors, we have successfully identified a number of such programs as described above with the first one to be launched in May 2025. (See program details at our website@ lmcconsulting.hk. Thank you for your attention to LMC.
